Quick fried rice
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 2 | onions, thinly sliced |
| 2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 250 g | basmati rice (2 mins. cooking time) |
| 300 g | stir-fry vegetables |
| ½ dl | soy sauce |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
How it's done
Rice
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the rice, stir fry for approx. 10 mins. Add the vegetables, stir fry for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the soy sauce, mix.
To serve
Mix the eggs into the rice, fry for approx. 1 min.
