Date pralines
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
10 | Medjool dates |
10 | shelled almonds |
50 g | dark almond cream |
50 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
¼ tsp | sea salt |
1 | organic orange, use grated zest |
How it's done
Pralines
Cut open the dates lengthwise, remove the stones, place one almond into each date, fill with almond butter. Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a hot bain-marie. Drizzle the chocolate over the dates, sprinkle with fleur de sel, chill for approx. 15 mins. Garnish the date pralines with orange zest.
