Casserole from the grill
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 80 g | diced bacon |
| 1 | onion, cut into thin slices |
| 1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 250 g | celery, thinly sliced |
| 3 tbsp | tomato puree |
| 1 ¾ litre | beef bouillon |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 300 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes |
| 400 g | pasta (e.g. Trofie) |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 80 g | baby spinach |
| 4 tbsp | grated Parmesan |
How it's done
To prepare
Place the bacon, garlic and onion in a heat-resistant pan.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
With the lid down, grill over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 3 mins. Add the celery and tomato puree, cook for approx. 5 mins. Pour in the stock, season with salt, simmer for approx. 15 mins.
To complete
Add the tomatoes and noodles, simmer for approx. 10 mins., season. Stir in the spinach and parmesan.
