Ingredients

Medallions
200 g plain cottage cheese
60 g wholemeal spelt flour
75 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained, roughly chopped
¼ bunch rosemary, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Medallions

Mix the cottage cheese with all the other ingredients. Divide the cottage cheese mixture into 8 portions, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
