Cottage cheese medallions
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | plain cottage cheese |
60 g | wholemeal spelt flour |
75 g | dried tomatoes in oil, drained, roughly chopped |
¼ bunch | rosemary, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Medallions
Mix the cottage cheese with all the other ingredients. Divide the cottage cheese mixture into 8 portions, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
