Cheesy spinach and pasta
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 320 g | frozen creamed spinach, slightly defrosted |
| 250 g | penne rigate |
| salted water, boiling |
| 150 g | mozzarella, torn into pieces |
| 50 g | Parmesan, grated |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Spinach
Bring the spinach to the boil in a pan.
Pasta
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain.
Cheesy spinach and pasta
Add the pasta, mozzarella and parmesan to the spinach, mix until the cheese has melted, season.
