Blackberry and lemongrass iced tea

Ingredients

for 2 litres

Tea
2 litre water
150 g blackberries
3 stick lemongrass, coarsely chopped
100 g dried apricots, coarsely chopped
½ dl lemon juice
Iced tea
100 g blackberries
some  ice cubes
4 stick lemongrass, halved lengthwise

How it's done

Tea

Bring the water to the boil with the blackberries, lemongrass and apricots. Remove the pan from the heat, gently crush the blackberries and apricots, pour in the lemon juice. Leave the tea to cool, cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.

Iced tea

Place the blackberries and ice cubes into glasses. Pour the tea through a sieve and into the glasses. Add the lemongrass sticks, stir and serve.
