Cold brew iced green tea

Ingredients

for 2 litres

Iced tea
4 bag green tea
mini cucumbers, in slices
3 sprig basil
2 litre water
To serve
lime, the whole juice
3 tbsp ground cane sugar
some  ice cubes

How it's done

Iced tea

Place the tea bags, cucumber and basil in the water, stir. Cover the tea and leave to brew in the fridge for approx. 12 hrs. or overnight.

To serve

Add the lime juice and sugar to the iced tea, stir well. Place the ice cubes in the glasses, pour the iced tea through a sieve, serve.
