Ingredients

for 2 person

Apple latte
2 ½ dl almond drink (Barista)
100 g apple sauce
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
a little  cinnamon

How it's done

Apple latte

Bring the almond milk to the boil in a pan along with the apple sauce, cinnamon and maple syrup, stirring constantly, then allow to cool slightly. Pour the liquid into a tall container, hold at a slight angle, froth with the handheld blender. While frothing, move the blender up and down, bringing it up to the surface of the apple latte. Divide between the glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
