Vegan strips with noodles
Ingredients
for 2 person
olive oil, for frying | |
320 g | vegan meat substitute |
½ tsp | salt |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
2 ½ tbsp | vegan gravy |
2 ½ dl | soya cream |
2 ½ dl | water |
200 g | noodles |
salted water, boiling |
How it's done
Vegan strips
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season the strips with salt, stir fry for approx. 4 mins., remove. Add a dash of oil to the same pan, briefly sauté the garlic and onion. Combine the gravy, soya cream and water, pour in, bring to the boil, reduce for approx. 5 mins. Return the vegan strips to the pan and heat gently.
Noodles
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until just al dente. Drain the noodles, serve with the sauce. Garnish with the chives.
