Ingredients

for 4 person

Coconut drink
5 dl oat drink (e.g. Karma)
1 ½ tbsp sugar
30 g coconut flakes
Coffee
espressos
2 tbsp coconut flakes

How it's done

Coconut drink

Bring the oat milk, sugar and coconut flakes to the boil, stirring all the time, and leave to stand for about 5 mins. Purée the liquid. Pour through a sieve into a high-topped container, hold at a slight angle, froth with the mixer. While frothing, move the blender up and down, bringing it up to the surface of the coconut drink. Divide between the glasses.

Coffee

Pour the coffee into the glasses, sprinkle the coconut flakes on top.
