Clementine and poppy seed porridge
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 3 dl | water |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 75 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 1 | clementine, peeled, chopped |
| ½ tbsp | poppy seed |
| 75 g | vegan oat yoghurt |
| 1 | clementine, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use a little grated zest and all of the juice |
| 1 | clementine, cut into wedges |
| 75 g | vegan oat yoghurt |
| 1 tbsp | poppy seed |
How it's done
Porridge
Bring the water, sugar, salt and oat flakes to the boil in a pan, add the clementine, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the poppy seeds, oat yoghurt, clementine zest and juice. Serve the porridge.
To serve
Top with the clementine, oat yoghurt and poppy seeds.
