Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl Baileys (e.g. Red Velvet)
2 cl Aperol (bitter fruit liqueur)
some  ice cubes
To serve
¼  organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the Baileys and Aperol into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass.

To serve

Squeeze out the orange peel over the cocktail and then use it as decoration.
