Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
6 cl brown rum (e.g. Rhum Havana Club Especial)
6 cl cranberry juice
½ cl amaretto syrup
½  lime, the whole juice
some  ice cubes
To serve
2 dl ginger beer (e.g. Fever-Tree)
1 slice pineapple
red heart cherry

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the rum, cranberry juice, syrup and lime juice into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into a glass.

To serve

Top up with the ginger beer. Decorate the cocktail with the pineapple slice and cherry.
