Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
4 cl gin (e.g. Hendrick’s Lunar Gin)
4 cl grapefruit juice
2 drop Tabasco sauce
some  ice cubes
To serve
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic)
¼  pink grapefruit rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, one segment and one piece of zest, peeled with a peeler
1 pinch salt

How it's done

Cocktail

Add the gin, grapefruit juice and Tabasco to the glass, stir and fill up with ice cubes.

To serve

Pour in the tonic water and add the grapefruit zest. Sprinkle salt over the grapefruit segment, arrange on the cocktail.
