Skyelander
Ingredients
for 1 person
| 4 cl | whisky (e.g. Talisker 10 years) |
| 2 dl | milk |
| 50 g | dark chocolate (70% cocoa), coarsely chopped |
| 1 tsp | peanut butter |
| 2 tbsp | whipped cream from the can |
| a little | chocolate shavings |
| a little | cinnamon |
| 1 | red heart cherry |
How it's done
Cocktail
Add the whisky, milk, chocolate and peanut butter to a small pan and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
To serve
Top the cocktail with the whipped cream. Sprinkle over the chocolate shavings and cinnamon and decorate with the cherries.
