Creamy coffee cocktail

Ingredients

for 1 glass

Ice cubes
1 dl espresso, cooled
Cocktail
3 cl gin
3 cl coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
3 cl espressos, cooled
2 cl Bündner Röteli (Graubünden liqueur)
some  ice cubes
Vanilla cream
½ dl cream
¼ tsp bourbon vanilla sugar

How it's done

Ice cubes

Pour the espresso into the ice cube tray, freeze for approx. 7 hrs.

Cocktail

Pour the gin, coffee liqueur, espresso and Bündner Röteli into the shaker. Top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place the coffee ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

Vanilla cream

Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until almost stiff. Once the coffee ice cubes have half-melted, add the cream.
