Raclette with brie and fig mustard
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 400 g | raclette cheese in slices |
| 150 g | soft cheese (e.g. brie), thinly sliced |
| 4 tbsp | fig mustard or honey mustard |
| ¼ bunch | thyme, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Raclette
Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans. Top with the brie, mustard and thyme. Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
