Raclette
400 g raclette cheese in slices
150 g soft cheese (e.g. brie), thinly sliced
4 tbsp fig mustard or honey mustard
¼ bunch thyme, leaves torn off

How it's done

Raclette

Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans. Top with the brie, mustard and thyme. Melt the cheese under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
