Sea buckthorn punch
Ingredients
for 4 person
6 dl | apple juice |
2 dl | water |
4 tbsp | sea buckthorn spread |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 | star anise |
1 | bay leaf |
1 | cinnamon stick |
1 | apple, cut into slices |
How it's done
Bring the apple juice and water to the boil in a pan along with the sea buckthorn, lemon juice, star anise, bay leaf and cinnamon. Cover the punch and leave to infuse for approx. 10 mins. on the switched-off hob. Divide the apple slices between the glasses or cups, pour in the punch.
