Hot toddy with Earl Grey

Ingredients

for 4 person

Whisky syrup
1 dl whisky
½ dl lemon juice
4 tbsp maple syrup
Earl Grey
6 dl water
2 bag Earl Grey-tea
To serve
cinnamon sticks
½  organic lemon, in slices

How it's done

Whisky syrup

Combine the whisky, lemon juice and maple syrup, pour into glasses or cups.

Earl Grey

Bring the water to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the teabags, leave to steep for approx. 3 mins. Remove the teabags, bring back to the boil, pour the hot toddy into the glasses.

To serve

Stir the hot toddy with a cinnamon stick, place a slice of lemon on the rim of each glass.
