Grape and strudel tart with goat’s cheese
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 parcel | strudel pastry (approx. 120 g) |
50 g | butter, melted |
300 g | blue grapes |
2 | red onions, cut into strips |
¼ bunch | thyme, leaves torn off |
1 ½ tbsp | sweet balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 tbsp | sugar |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
100 g | soft goats' cheese (e.g. formaggini di capra), crumbled |
How it's done
Pastry
Unfold the pastry sheets, brush with a little butter, stack the sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Fold in the edges approx. 3 cm.
Topping
Mix the grapes with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Spread the grape mixture and soft goat’s cheese on top of the pastry.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.
