Baked pears stuffed with walnuts

Ingredients

Pears
pears, halved lengthwise
40 g walnut kernels, finely chopped
40 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
2 pinch sea salt
To bake
1 tbsp maple syrup

How it's done

Pears

Core the pears using a melon baller. Scoop out the flesh from the pears, leaving a border of approx. 5 mm, finely chop the flesh and mix with the walnuts, oats, maple syrup, oil and fleur de sel. Fill the pears with the mixture, press down gently. Place the pears on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove the pears, allow to cool slightly, drizzle with maple syrup.
