Sautéed Brussels sprouts and hazelnuts
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | onion, cut into strips |
400 g | Brussels sprouts, cut in half |
40 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
30 g | Parmesan, shaved with a peeler |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the onion, sprouts and nuts for approx. 4 mins. Reduce the heat, cover and steam for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally, then season. Stir in the lemon zest and juice and serve with the parmesan.
