Breakfast wrap with fruit

As far as I’m concerned, not all wraps have to be savoury! My girls love all kinds of different wraps and so I came up with this idea for a breakfast wrap. You’ll find most of the ingredients in your cupboard and you can adapt the wrap to suit your taste. “It’s a wrap!”

Ingredients

for 4 person

Yoghurt
180 g plain greek yoghurt
2 tbsp liquid honey
Wraps
wheat tortillas
apricots, cut into cubes
apple, cut into cubes
banana, thinly sliced
4 tbsp crispy muesli

How it's done

Yoghurt

Combine the yoghurt and honey.

Wraps

Warm the tortillas in a non-stick frying pan (without adding any oil) for approx. 1 min. on each side. Spread ¼ of the yoghurt on top of each tortilla, top with the fruit and muesli, roll up.
