Breakfast wrap with fruit
Ingredients
for 4 person
180 g | plain greek yoghurt |
2 tbsp | liquid honey |
4 | wheat tortillas |
4 | apricots, cut into cubes |
1 | apple, cut into cubes |
1 | banana, thinly sliced |
4 tbsp | crispy muesli |
How it's done
Yoghurt
Combine the yoghurt and honey.
Wraps
Warm the tortillas in a non-stick frying pan (without adding any oil) for approx. 1 min. on each side. Spread ¼ of the yoghurt on top of each tortilla, top with the fruit and muesli, roll up.
