Baked feta with olives
Ingredients
for 4 person
300 g | feta, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
1 | red onion, cut into thin rings |
1 | organic lemon, thinly sliced |
50 g | mixed olives, pitted |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ tsp | cayenne pepper |
a little | pepper |
¼ bunch | mixed herbs, torn into pieces |
How it's done
Gratin
Fan out the feta and place in the prepared dishes. Place the onion, lemon and olives between the slices of feta. Drizzle the oil on top, season and garnish with the herbs.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
