Ingredients

Salad
300 g mirabelle plums, halved, pitted
apricots, cut into wedges
plums, cut into wedges
flat peaches, quartered
nectarines, in bite-sized pieces
organic limes, grated zest and the juice
To serve
100 g raspberries

How it's done

Salad

In a large bowl, mix the mirabelles with all the other ingredients up to and including the lime juice.

To serve

Mix in the raspberries and serve.
