Noodles
180 g ramen noodles
  salted water, boiling
Dressing
organic lime, grated zest and the juice
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
garlic clove, squeezed
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
20 g nori sheets, in bite-sized pieces

How it's done

Noodles

Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, drain.

Dressing

Combine the lime zest and juice with the oil, garlic and sesame in a bowl. Mix the nori into the hot noodles.
