Wild rice and apple salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 200 g | wild rice mix |
| 5 dl | salted water, boiling |
| 3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | apple, cut into cubes |
| 50 g | semi-hard cheese, cut into cubes |
| 2 tbsp | rape seeds, roasted |
How it's done
Wild rice
Cook the rice, uncovered, in boiling salted water for approx. 15 mins and allow to cool slightly.
Dressing
Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Mix in the rice, apple, cheese and rape seeds.
