Wild rice and apple salad

Ingredients

for 2 person

Wild rice
200 g wild rice mix
5 dl salted water, boiling
Dressing
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
apple, cut into cubes
50 g semi-hard cheese, cut into cubes
2 tbsp rape seeds, roasted

How it's done

Wild rice

Cook the rice, uncovered, in boiling salted water for approx. 15 mins and allow to cool slightly.

Dressing

Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, season. Mix in the rice, apple, cheese and rape seeds.
