Spicy pistachio latte macchiato
Ingredients
for 4 person
6 dl | oat drink X |
50 g | coffee beans |
½ | cinnamon stick |
2 | cardamom pods, squeezed |
1 tsp | ginger, finely grated |
¼ tsp | ground coriander seeds |
2 tbsp | Fine Food Crema di Pistacchio |
1 tbsp | unsalted, chopped pistachios |
How it's done
Flavoured oat drink
Mix the oat drink, coffee beans, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and coriander in a measuring cup, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 8 hrs. or overnight.
To froth up
Place ½ tbsp of pistachio spread in each glass, gently spread upwards towards the rim. Strain the oat milk into a pan, heat to approx. 50°C, froth up with the blender. While frothing, move the blender up and down to the surface of the milk. Divide the milk foam between the glasses, sprinkle with the pistachios.
