Black Forest cherry porridge
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 4 dl | almond drink |
| 90 g | whole-grain rolled oats |
| 30 g | sunflower seeds |
| 1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 150 g | cherries, cut in half |
| 40 g | vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| 20 g | quinoa pops |
| 140 g | cashew yoghurt |
| 150 g | cherries, cut in half |
| 30 g | vegan dark chocolate, chips peeled off with a peeler |
How it's done
Porridge
Mix the almond milk, rolled oats, seeds, cocoa powder and salt in a pan, bring to the boil. Simmer and stir the porridge over a medium heat for approx. 7 mins. Add the cherries and chocolate, continue to simmer for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the quinoa pops.
Toppings
Pour the porridge into bowls, serve with yoghurt, cherries and chocolate.
