Black Forest cherry porridge

Ingredients

for 4 person

Porridge
4 dl almond drink
90 g whole-grain rolled oats
30 g sunflower seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
150 g cherries, cut in half
40 g vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped
20 g quinoa pops
Toppings
140 g cashew yoghurt
150 g cherries, cut in half
30 g vegan dark chocolate, chips peeled off with a peeler

How it's done

Porridge

Mix the almond milk, rolled oats, seeds, cocoa powder and salt in a pan, bring to the boil. Simmer and stir the porridge over a medium heat for approx. 7 mins. Add the cherries and chocolate, continue to simmer for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the quinoa pops.

Toppings

Pour the porridge into bowls, serve with yoghurt, cherries and chocolate.
