Chocolate power balls
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
| 75 g | müesli mix |
| 75 g | mixed seeds |
| 75 g | mixed nuts |
| 100 g | ground almonds |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 50 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 40 g | coconut oil, melted |
| 2 tbsp | honey |
How it's done
Muesli and nut mixture
Blitz the muesli, mixed seeds and nut mixture in a food processor. Add the almonds and the salt, mix.
To shape
Place the chocolate, coconut oil and honey in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth, add to the muesli and nut mixture, mix. With wet hands, shape into walnut-sized balls, chill for approx. 2 hrs at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
