Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
½ slice	pineapple, cut into pieces
2	strawberries, cut into pieces
some	ice cubes
5 cl	Lillet Blanc

To serve
5 cl	champagne or Prosecco
1	strawberry, sliced

How it's done

Cocktail

Puree the pineapple and strawberries until smooth, pass through a fine sieve. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes, pour over the fruit puree and Lillet Blanc.

To serve

Pour over the champagne, decorate the cocktail with the strawberry slices.
