Ingredients

for 2 person

Spread
200 g feta, cut into pieces
50 g plain greek yoghurt
1 tbsp olive oil
To serve
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g bread, in slices
1 tbsp thyme, leaves torn off
a little  pepper

How it's done

Spread

Blitz the feta in a food processor. Add the yoghurt and oil, puree for approx. 2 mins. until creamy, cover and chill until ready to serve.

To serve

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the bread for approx. 2 mins. on each side until crispy. Transfer the spread to a bowl, sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Serve with the bread.
