Creamy feta spread
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | feta, cut into pieces |
50 g | plain greek yoghurt |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
200 g | bread, in slices |
1 tbsp | thyme, leaves torn off |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Spread
Blitz the feta in a food processor. Add the yoghurt and oil, puree for approx. 2 mins. until creamy, cover and chill until ready to serve.
To serve
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the bread for approx. 2 mins. on each side until crispy. Transfer the spread to a bowl, sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Serve with the bread.
