The Healthy Cuban
Ingredients
for 1 person
8 | peppermint leaves |
2 cl | lime juice |
2 cl | sugar syrup (e.g. Monin cane sugar sirup) |
some | ice cubes |
5 cl | rum (e.g. Rum Havana Club 3 años) |
5 cl | coconut water |
1 sprig | peppermint |
¼ | organic lime, cut into wedges |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup in a tumbler glass, crush with the pestle. Fill the glass ½ full with ice cubes. Pour in the rum, stir well.
To serve
Pour in the coconut water, decorate the cocktail with mint and lime wedges.
