Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl whisky (e.g. Wild Turkey Bourbon Whiskey)
1 cl red port (e.g. port Sandeman Fine Tawny)
1 cl maple syrup
½ cl sesame oil
some  ice cubes
To serve
2 cl sparkling mineral water
¼  organic lemon, cut into wedges
¼  organic orange, zest peeled with a peeler

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the whiskey, port, maple syrup and sesame oil into a glass tumbler. Fill the glass approx. ¾ full with ice cubes, stir for approx. 30 secs.

To serve

Pour in the mineral water, serve the cocktail with a lemon wedge and orange peel.
