Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
¼  ripe avocado, cut into pieces
4 cl gin (e.g. Gordon's Sicilian Lemon Gin)
2 cl lemon liqueur (e.g. limoncello)
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl ginger juice
1 cl sugar syrup
1 sprig rosemary
1 drop Tabasco sauce
2 drop Worcestershire sauce
2 pinch salt
4 pinch pepper
some  ice cubes
To serve
5 cl tonic water (e.g. Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water)
1 sprig rosemary
½  organic lemon, halved and sliced

How it's done

Cocktail

Place the avocado, gin and lemon liqueur in the shaker, crush well with the pestle. Add the lemon juice and all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper, top up the shaker with ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour the cocktail through the strainer and a fine sieve. Squeeze the sieve thoroughly.

To serve

Pour in the tonic water, decorate the cocktail with rosemary and the lemon slices.
