This lemon praline recipe with white chocolate is super easy and will be a hit with chocolate lovers everywhere. The white chocolate goes beautifully with the fresh lemon zest. All you need for these refreshing summer pralines is a handful of ingredients. You don’t even need a food processor. Perfect as a gift or as a tasty snack.

Ingredients

for 12 pieces

Praline mixture
50 g vegan butter substitute
organic lemon, use grated zest
¼ tsp turmeric
1 pinch salt
¼ dl cream, vegan
170 g white chocolate, finely chopped
To shape the pralines
a little  icing sugar

How it's done

Praline mixture

Place the butter, lemon zest, turmeric and salt in a pan over a low heat. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil. Pour the mixture through a sieve and into a bowl containing the chocolate, melt the chocolate, mix. Cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.

To shape the pralines

Shape the praline mixture into balls (1 tsp of mixture per ball), toss in icing sugar.
