Lemon pralines
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
| 50 g | vegan butter substitute |
| 1 | organic lemon, use grated zest |
| ¼ tsp | turmeric |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| ¼ dl | cream, vegan |
| 170 g | white chocolate, finely chopped |
| a little | icing sugar |
How it's done
Praline mixture
Place the butter, lemon zest, turmeric and salt in a pan over a low heat. Pour in the cream, bring to the boil. Pour the mixture through a sieve and into a bowl containing the chocolate, melt the chocolate, mix. Cover and chill for approx. 2 hrs.
To shape the pralines
Shape the praline mixture into balls (1 tsp of mixture per ball), toss in icing sugar.
