Toast skewers with cucumber
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 125 g | plain organic cream cheese |
| 3 | radishes, finely chopped |
| 2 | mini peppers, finely chopped |
| ¼ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| 2 pinch | salt |
| 8 slice | whole-grain toast bread |
| ¼ | cucumber, in slices |
| 8 | radishes, cut in half |
| 4 | mini peppers, halved, deseeded |
| 8 | short wooden skewers |
How it's done
Cream cheese with vegetables
Place the cream cheese in a small bowl, stir in the vegetables and chives, season with salt.
Toast
Spread the cream cheese over 4 slices of toast. Place the remaining slices on top, press down gently. Cut the sandwiches into quarters.
Toast skewers
Thread the slices of cucumber, radish, mini peppers and toast alternately onto the wooden skewers.
