Cottage cheese and tomato salad with strawberries

Ingredients

for 2 person

Dressing
50 g strawberries
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic clove, squeezed
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
tomatoes, in slices
100 g strawberries, quartered
200 g plain cottage cheese
1 bunch basil, leaves torn off

How it's done

Dressing

Puree the strawberries with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Salad

Plate up the tomatoes and strawberries, top with the cottage cheese, drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with the basil.
