Ingredients

for 4 person

Liquid
7 dl almond drink
3 tbsp birnel (pear syrup)
1 tsp vanilla paste
2 tbsp chia seeds
Muesli mix
150 g whole-grain rolled oats
60 g coconut flakes
50 g quinoa pops
80 g pecan nuts, coarsely chopped
300 g frozen berry mixture
banana, in slices
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt

How it's done

Liquid

Combine the almond milk, pear syrup and vanilla paste, mix in the chia seeds, leave to stand for approx. 30 mins.

Muesli mix

In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Pour in the liquid, mix well, transfer to the prepared dish.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
