Baked oatmeal
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 7 dl | almond drink |
| 3 tbsp | birnel (pear syrup) |
| 1 tsp | vanilla paste |
| 2 tbsp | chia seeds |
| 150 g | whole-grain rolled oats |
| 60 g | coconut flakes |
| 50 g | quinoa pops |
| 80 g | pecan nuts, coarsely chopped |
| 300 g | frozen berry mixture |
| 1 | banana, in slices |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | salt |
How it's done
Liquid
Combine the almond milk, pear syrup and vanilla paste, mix in the chia seeds, leave to stand for approx. 30 mins.
Muesli mix
In a bowl, mix the oats with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Pour in the liquid, mix well, transfer to the prepared dish.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
