Amarena Arabica
Ingredients
for 2 person
70 g | sour cherries in a jar, drained |
1 dl | full cream |
1 tbsp | sugar |
5 dl | strong coffee |
40 g | dark chocolate, coarsely chopped |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
4 | sour cherries in a jar |
some | Fine Food Torroncini morbidi con pistacchi e mandorle |
How it's done
Sour cherry cream
Puree the sour cherries until smooth, beat with the cream and sugar until stiff. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a serrated nozzle.
Coffee
Heat the coffee, chocolate, sugar and ginger in a pan.
To serve
Place the sour cherries and a little juice in two cups, pour in the coffee, top with the sour cherry cream. Serve with torroncini.
