Fig Sù with cantucci
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 4 | dried figs |
| 1 dl | sweet wine |
| 100 g | mascarpone |
| 100 g | low-fat quark |
| ¾ dl | full cream |
| ½ tbsp | sugar |
| 1 | vanilla pod, cut lenghtwise, seeds scratched out |
| 2 | Fine Food Cantucci Toscani ai fichi, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces |
| 20 g | flaked almonds, roasted |
How it's done
Figs
Place the figs and dessert wine in a bowl, leave to soak for 8 hrs. or overnight, puree.
Mousse
Combine the mascarpone, quark, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds.
To serve
Divide the cantucci between the glasses, add the fig puree, then top with the mousse. Scatter the flaked almonds on top.
