Ingredients

for 2 person

Figs
dried figs
1 dl sweet wine
Mousse
100 g mascarpone
100 g low-fat quark
¾ dl full cream
½ tbsp sugar
vanilla pod, cut lenghtwise, seeds scratched out
To serve
Fine Food Cantucci Toscani ai fichi, cut into approx. 2 cm pieces
20 g flaked almonds, roasted

How it's done

Figs

Place the figs and dessert wine in a bowl, leave to soak for 8 hrs. or overnight, puree.

Mousse

Combine the mascarpone, quark, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds.

To serve

Divide the cantucci between the glasses, add the fig puree, then top with the mousse. Scatter the flaked almonds on top.
