Kohlrabi carpaccio with smoked trout

Ingredients

Dressing
1 tbsp honey mustard
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar or vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Carpaccio
kohlrabi, very thinly sliced
smoked trout fillet (organic), torn into pieces
3 tbsp cress

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the mustard, balsamic and oil, season.

Carpaccio

Arrange the slices of kohlrabi on 2 plates, drizzle with the dressing. Top with the trout and cress.
