Kohlrabi carpaccio with smoked trout
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 tbsp | honey mustard |
| 1 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar or vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | kohlrabi, very thinly sliced |
| 1 | smoked trout fillet (organic), torn into pieces |
| 3 tbsp | cress |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the mustard, balsamic and oil, season.
Carpaccio
Arrange the slices of kohlrabi on 2 plates, drizzle with the dressing. Top with the trout and cress.
