Ginger shot
Ingredients
for 2 dl
| 100 g | ginger, peeled, chopped |
| ¼ tsp | turmeric |
| 2 | lemons, the whole juice |
| 1 dl | water |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| 1 pinch | cayenne pepper |
How it's done
Place the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, water, honey and cayenne pepper in a blender, puree for approx. 3 mins. until smooth. Pour the liquid through a fine sieve, pour into shot glasses or small bottles.
