Creamy courgette and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients

for 4 person

courgette (approx. 300 g), chopped, frozen
kiwis, peeled, chopped
banana, cut into pieces
2 tbsp white almond cream
1 tbsp dandelion spread
½ dl lemon juice
5 dl coconut water or water
¼ tsp spirulina

How it's done

Place the courgette in a blender along with all the other ingredients, puree until smooth, pour into glasses.
