Egg croissant sandwich
Ingredients
for 2 pieces
a little | olive oil |
2 | fresh eggs |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 | croissants, cut in half crosswise |
75 g | cream cheese with herbs |
80 g | ham slices, fine |
How it's done
Fried eggs
Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Crack the eggs one at a time, slide them into the pan. Fry the eggs for approx. 4 mins.
Sandwiches
Spread the cream cheese over the cut surfaces of the croissants. Place the ham and fried eggs on the bottom half of the croissant, cover with the top half.
