Egg croissant sandwich

Ingredients

for 2 pieces

Fried eggs
a little  olive oil
fresh eggs
  salt and pepper to taste
Sandwiches
croissants, cut in half crosswise
75 g cream cheese with herbs
80 g ham slices, fine

How it's done

Fried eggs

Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan. Crack the eggs one at a time, slide them into the pan. Fry the eggs for approx. 4 mins.

Sandwiches

Spread the cream cheese over the cut surfaces of the croissants. Place the ham and fried eggs on the bottom half of the croissant, cover with the top half.
