Salmon tartare with wasabi peanuts

Ingredients

for 2 person

Tartare
150 g pieces of salmon (organic), sushi quality, diced finely
spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, finely grated
1 tsp honey
½ tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
To serve
30 g Fine Food Wasabi Pistachios, coarsely chopped
4 slice white bread, roasted

How it's done

Tartare

Mix the salmon and all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for approx. 1 hr.

To serve

Plate up half of the nuts on two plates using a cutter (approx. 9 cm in diameter), spoon half of the tartare on each, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Serve with the bread.
