Salmon tartare with wasabi peanuts
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 150 g | pieces of salmon (organic), sushi quality, diced finely |
| 1 | spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped |
| 1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
| 1 tsp | honey |
| ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 30 g | Fine Food Wasabi Pistachios, coarsely chopped |
| 4 slice | white bread, roasted |
How it's done
Tartare
Mix the salmon and all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for approx. 1 hr.
To serve
Plate up half of the nuts on two plates using a cutter (approx. 9 cm in diameter), spoon half of the tartare on each, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Serve with the bread.
