No doubt you’re familiar with the super tasty, healthy acai bowls in summer. For me personally, winter is a little too cold for this trendy bowl and so I turn to an acai latte instead. If you’re a fan of matcha and beetroot lattes, then you have to try this special purple version!

Lara - Vanillacrunnch

Ingredients

for 4 person

Acai latte
6 dl oat drink
4 tsp coconut palm sugar
4 tsp acai powder
Foam
2 dl oat drink
a little  acai powder

How it's done

Acai latte

Heat the oat milk and sugar in a pan while stirring, then remove the pan from the heat. Add the acai powder, stir in with a whisk. Pour the acai latte into glasses.

Foam

Froth up the oat milk, pour on top of the acai latte, sprinkle with acai powder and serve immediately.
