Blackberry and ginger lemonade
Ingredients
for 4 person
250 g | blackberries |
150 g | cane sugar |
1 dl | water |
1 | lemon, the whole juice |
30 g | ginger, finely grated |
ice cube, crushed | |
7 ½ dl | sparkling mineral water |
4 sprig | rosemary |
a little | ginger, thinly sliced |
some | blackberries |
How it's done
Syrup
Bring the blackberries, sugar and water to the boil in a pan, reduce to a syrupy consistency for approx. 20 mins. Mash the blackberries with a fork, stir in the lemon juice and ginger, leave to cool.
To serve
Divide the syrup and ice between the glasses, top up with water, garnish with rosemary, ginger and blackberries.
