Cream cheese and ham pasta
Ingredients
for 2 person
250 g | pasta (e.g. fusilli) |
salted water, boiling |
150 g | cream cheese with herbs |
80 g | ham, cut into thin slices |
10 g | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Pasta
Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water until al dente. Set aside 200 ml of cooking water, drain the pasta.
Sauce
Place the cream cheese, ham and reserved cooking water into the same pan, season and bring to the boil. Mix in the pasta and parsley, heat gently.
