Cream cheese and ham pasta

Ingredients

for 2 person

Pasta
250 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  salted water, boiling
Sauce
150 g cream cheese with herbs
80 g ham, cut into thin slices
10 g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Pasta

Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water until al dente. Set aside 200 ml of cooking water, drain the pasta.

Sauce

Place the cream cheese, ham and reserved cooking water into the same pan, season and bring to the boil. Mix in the pasta and parsley, heat gently.
