Salmon and apple salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tbsp | honey mustard |
3 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | water |
125 g | cream cheese with herbs |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
250 g | chicory, cut diagonally into strips approx. 1 cm wide |
200 g | lambs' lettuce |
1 | red-skinned apple, halved, in fine slices |
200 g | smoked salmon, torn into pieces |
35 g | beetroot shoots |
1 tsp | fennel seeds, crushed |
How it's done
Cream cheese dressing
Combine the mustard, vinegar, water and cream cheese, season.
Salad
Plate up the chicory, lamb's lettuce and apple. Top with the salmon and sprouts. Drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle with fennel seeds.
