Salmon and apple salad

Ingredients

for 4 person

Cream cheese dressing
1 tbsp honey mustard
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
125 g cream cheese with herbs
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
250 g chicory, cut diagonally into strips approx. 1 cm wide
200 g lambs' lettuce
red-skinned apple, halved, in fine slices
200 g smoked salmon, torn into pieces
35 g beetroot shoots
1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed

How it's done

Cream cheese dressing

Combine the mustard, vinegar, water and cream cheese, season.

Salad

Plate up the chicory, lamb's lettuce and apple. Top with the salmon and sprouts. Drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle with fennel seeds.
